The conditions detailed below do not affect your statutory rights according to UK law. These include all of the current guidelines relating to the information that we hold about you, and in order to clarify this we have a published Privacy Statement.

Definitions

Corper Deli is a subsidiary of Promac Leisure Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales (registered number 05089308) whose registered address is 71/73 Hoghton Street, Southport. PR9 0PR. If you need to contact us please use our contact form.

Products

Product and packaging are subject to change or substitution without prior notice. If necessary we will substitute for an equal or higher priced item directly as the majority of our orders are time critical and we may not have time to contact you. If time is available we will attempt to contact you.

All Corper Deli products may contain nut traces.

Payment

We accept payment for online orders via Paypal. All orders are positively credit card sanctioned prior to dispatch, so please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct. We require you to supply the registered address of the credit card holder which is used by Paypal to validate your order with your credit card company. We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given.

The total value of your order will be displayed on the order confirmation screen. The displayed price is the amount in pounds sterling. If you are ordering from outside the UK, the appropriate exchange rate charged by your card issuer will apply.

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the products that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

Our Website contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures prior to acceptance of an order. If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our website we may at our discretion reject your order without liability to you and notify you of such rejection.

We are under no obligation to supply products to you at an incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an order preparation confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as mispriced.

Selling, offering for sale or re-sale of any of our products is not permitted without the written agreement of a director of Corper Deli.

VAT Receipt

All prices include VAT at the appropriate rate, (currently 20%). If you are eligible to reclaim this sales tax, on request we can supply you with a VAT receipt

Corporate Orders

We reserve the right to amend delivery charges where necessary for corporate orders placed via the website. The website delivery options are for consumer orders which do not exceed standard delivery costs. Additional costs will apply where a large number of items are ordered or where delivery to multiple addresses is requested.

Consumer Protection

In the unlikely event that your payment card is used fraudulently to make a purchase with Corper Deli online, you are entitled to cancel the said payment and supply of goods. If payment has already been made, you are entitled in accordance with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulation (2000), to a re-credit or to have all sums returned to you by the card issuer.

Returns

Food, Wine or Hampers can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights. Please keep your parcel delivery document as proof of date of purchase.

Licensing Act

Under the 2003 Licensing Act it is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcoholic liquor if you are under the age of 18.We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order for alcohol you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and we reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.

Events beyond our control

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver products you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to products delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation to, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion, riot or accident.
